Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sunflower Solar Lights! We are committed to delivering your "2-pack solar sunflower lights" efficiently and reliably.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders within the United States, we typically use USPS or UPS. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.
4. International Shipping
For international orders, delivery times typically range from 10-25 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing. Please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be applied by the destination country's customs office. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Sunflower Solar Lights is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs processing delays. We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues that may arise.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders can only be shipped via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@sunflowersolarlights.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 7 days of delivery (for damaged packages). Please include your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos of the damage to the product and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Restricted Countries
We currently do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. export restrictions or sanctions. If your country is on such a list, your order will be canceled and refunded.
